Absolutely. A good chunk of my clients started exactly where you are. I'll teach you everything — form, equipment, how to feel comfortable in the gym. The programme is built around YOUR level, not mine. And your AI coach is there between sessions if you need a confidence boost or have questions about anything.

Not at all. It's essentially a chat — like texting a really knowledgeable friend who happens to know everything about your training programme and nutrition. You type a question, you get an answer. It's that simple.

Life happens. I just ask for 24 hours' notice so I can offer the slot to someone else. We'll reschedule your session within the same week wherever possible. And even if you miss a session, your AI coach keeps you on track with what to do independently.

Most clients feel noticeably different within 2-3 weeks — more energy, better sleep, clothes fitting differently. Visible body composition changes typically show around 6-8 weeks. The difference with this system is that the results stick.

Yes — that's exactly what the Online Coaching package is for. You get a custom programme, full AI coaching access, and weekly video check-ins with me. You can also submit videos of your lifts for form review.
